Disastrous end of tenancy cleaning : The most unprofessional, non-customer centric company - using them will ensure that you have to pay another company to do the clean again.
Flat cleaning London did my end of tenancy cleaning on Sunday 13 June. They insisted on my paying the 250 pounds up front before the cleaning commenced. They were booked to come out to me at 1.30pm on Sunday and I was told that they would send multiple cleaners to get my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat cleaned with a professional carpet clean included. I must add that the property is in generally excellent condition so I am not
