We would have given a minus 5 rating! Extremely poor customer service, cleaning is no where to professional, we asked for an end of tenancy cleaning (to a quite clean property) but got absolutely none, we might have saved our time, money and bother by doing the job ourselves and we are sure that we would have done a better job by far, their cleaning was so superficial, we don't think that any vacuuming/floor mopping took place let alone kitchen surfaces, drawers, sink, no wonder it took them so little time to call and say that the job is done, we blame ourselves as due to a family emergency
