The company is proud of its heritage in building and civil engineering. Starting as a sub-contractor in the 1960's it has grown to a much larger limited company and today we employ 30 plus tradesmen and have a 3million turnover. The company has striven to maintain good standards of construction and ensured employment of qualified tradesmen.
Management controls the business with direct involvement of the directors. William Quigley, with overall responsibility specifically operates the management of the civil engineering activities. John Quigley supervises all building works often operating as site manager on the larger projects. Angela White supervises the administration and office operation.

Services
A development of 5 town houses built in South Street, Durham City for a property developer. The company has also constructed natural stone built extensions to listed buildings providing in one instance additional rooms and in the other glass entrance to a church. The works to the industrial unit included changes in the footprint requiring the demolition of the redundant part of the building and the construction of a new extension.
