Mazda serviced the vehicle to an agreed specification, time frame and the price and costs were clear with no unexpected extras.
I checked another outlet for price comparison and found Mazda is value for money and also maintains the service record for a Mazda vehicle. Lastly I have a service plan which keeps costs in proportion (locks in prices ahead of time) and helps to pay later by putting money aside each month.

The customer service was absolutely appalling this afternoon. I interacted with Jane and Stuart who were both cold and rude.
I entered the shop and the man sitting at the front desk (I think his name is Stuart), was extremely unfriendly when I greeted him.
I came into the showroom to test drive 2 cars. The sales rep, Jane, lacked expertise. I asked her questions about the specifications and she had no clue. Training for staff is required in this area! I don't expect staff to have all the answers, but there's no harm in them finding out. She flicked through sheets of paper because she had no idea

The post code brings you in center of town. A street number would help to find the place easier. Bourne Rd. it is not enough you should add a number to that. This is the only minus . Friendly staff , reasonable price for general service before going into winter. Nice and comfy place for witing your car to be serviced.

Mazda rip off. I've had Mazdas for 15 years and just had a bill for £1399 for engine fault on a 4.5 year old car 33k miles which they know about but couldn't give a dam. Same response from Head Office. Then to add insult to injury offered me half the value of comparable cars to sell it. Needless to say I will never buy another one. Parasites!!!! If I could give them - 50 stars I would.

I had the best experience with this dealership, from booking my recall on the phone with the Reception on a day and time that suited me, to speaking with the parts chap who was friendly, jolly and very efficient and even offered to have my windscreen wipers fitted during the airbag recall matter. On the day I arrived very early at 8am the receptionist Sharna was extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient and even offered to make me a lovely cup of coffee while I walked around the clean and bright showroom admiring all the new vehicles. When the work on the car was complete my vehicle was parked

Just bought a used Mazda6 from Bourne Road Garage and the experience was lovely. I was initially dealt with by Mike, on his last day as it happens and he accommodated my needs in a very pleasant and professional manner. I was also able to take a test drive when I asked there and then. I was then passed on to Scott for the handover not too long afterwards who notified me when I could pick up the car, after two minor repairs, one of which I had missed completely and so very grateful for the honesty of this team. At the pickup time Scott was a good laugh and made sure everything was filled in and
