I bought a 2014 Nissan leaf from Fusion motors. I reserved the vehicle after test drive, I had to ask them to hold the vehicle for about a week so I can collect in New Year 2022. When I collected the vehicle, car was nice and clean and also was serviced. Good luck to Fusion in 2022. I am happy to see an honest dealership

Rude people bad customer services and switched off the phone in your face when don't like what the customer have to say. False advertisement on them website, but denied on the phone to you. If trade the customers like that on the phone, I'm not surprised the cars are a little dodgy. That's good I phone first before I done any business with them. Definitely I'm avoid cowboys....

Unfortunately the vehicle I purchased developed a major fault a week after purchase. This is when you find a garage out… I have to say Fusion communicated well, offered a selection of resolutions and once we decided on an action plan they sorted my issues without quibble. I found their prices to be competitive and would happily purchase from them again in the future.

Amazing customer service. Very honest and very prompt with their dealings. I’m actually in the car trade myself but I found a car with this dealership that matched the specifications I was after in that particular model. The transaction was very smooth and the car was delivered to me in a very timely manner. I was also provided a free breakdown cover for 12 months. After spending almost 9k on a 2010 Range Rover Sport from what I can only describe as a complete cowboy set up, I thought it only correct to share my horrendous experience. From word go the service was terrible, the owner of Fusion Motors was aggressive and at one point referred to me as his GIRLFRIEND. I am in fact a happily married man with children. The process from the initial deposit payment was NOT as I was informed it would be and I had to constantly ask for updates on the progress of the vehicle. I had a very positive experience buying from Fusion motors from the moment I requested video viewing. Jay arranged video live viewing, delivery car time was within 24 hours. Car came as fully valeted, I even received video of valeting vehicle. Jay was great kept me updated throughout the process. He deserves all the stars :)
