She has acted for a wide range of private individuals and corporate clients on their Notarial matters. Prior to setting up her own Notarial practice she worked as a solicitor and as a notary at both Russell-Cooke and at Penningtons latterly specialising in French Property and succession matters. She now works purely as a Notary Public.
A Notary Public is a fully qualified lawyer who is a member of the oldest of the three branches of the legal profession in England & Wales. The work of a Notary Public is different from that of a solicitor. A Notary deals mainly with documents for individuals and company documents for use overseas.

Services
Notary fees are charged in accordance with practice guidelines and must be fair and reasonable taking into account the type of document the time taken value, complexity, speed and so on. My terms of business are that fees must be settled at the end of the appointment by cheque or in sterling or by bank transfer against an invoice and before Notarised documents are handed over to you.
This usually means you attending personally in front of the Notary with your original passport (ladies only-if you are married please also bring your original marriage certificate) and proof of address being a bank statement or utility bill such as gas or electricity that has been posted to you and is less than 3 months old.
