Services
Arbe Integrated Engineering offer a range of products and services for the HVAC building services industry, ranging from bare heat exchangers and storage cylinders to fully packaged plantrooms and associated equipment. With over 20 years of design experience, our design and technical team can offer a complete solution for a wide range of project requirements.
We can also provide bespoke products to suit any application should it be required, from factory packaged solutions to site installed systems. Arbe supply storage calorifiers, direct and indirect cylinders for a range of solutions and manufactured from a range of materials. Arbe offer a range of solutions for heat recovery, offering products to be installed in such systems or even fully installed packages.
The Arbe AL range of standard storage calorifiers are supplied pre-insulated and with a removable heat exchanger. The range covers capacities from 200 litres to 5000 litres, and is available vertical and horizontal orientation. Each calorifier size has a recovery period of just over 1 hour (with any recovery periods available).
The Arbe SPP StorPlate range of DHW generators are supplied pre-insulated and with external gasketed heat exchanger. The range covers capacities from 200 litres to 5000 litres in capacity and with primary duties between 30 kW and 300 kW. Our units can be supplied with unvented kits, both loose and factory packaged on a skid base.
The Arbe AF series of thermal stores are utilised to store heating water produced by an external heat source such as a CHP, heat pump or a biomass boiler, in closed circuits. The vessels are supplied plain as standard with material options available as below. Vessels can also be supplied with baffle plates, dividers and sparge pipes where required.
