Our menu features the best of Turkish cuisine offering a selection of meze's and grills, inspired by the Ottoman Empire, including the Ottoman palace foods which is where the restaurant's name comes from. You can also find seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, steaks and finally traditional Turkish foods.
We have just eaten there;Lovely, fresh and reasonably priced food there with attentive but not overbearing service. Highly recommended. P.S. We were given two portions of fresh bread and homemade hummus on the house. Was taken there by a good friend and we had a fantastic night. The seating was comfortable service was great.

Amazing place, been to a number of Turkish eateries this trip, Otto is consistently above average and certain dishes way above. Through the year I have eaten most of the menu, I would suggest you try all the grills, they are awesome from fish, poultry to lamb cooked to perfection. Starters are exceptional, the on the house hummus is the best I have had on this 1 year trip.
Otto please continue to be perfect thank you.

Otto is situated on my favourite local high street in Wanstead. In the summer the front of the restaurant opens up and allows for the natural lighting, cool air and chatter to freely flow.
For two people alone we wanted to try a lot and so ordered:
Mixed mezze dips, Baba ganoush, Hummus, Spinach and feta borek, Grilled king prawns, Chicken on skewer, Fresh mussels and Otto stuffed mushrooms! Yes there was a lot of food but luckily we went before the busy evening rush and so were seated for three hours to get through every small plate. The food as a whole was cooked and seasoned well, packed with

A fantastic quality lunch today. The highlight was the exceptional service from the young lady who was serving us - she was incredible and a waitress and have an air of elegance to the restaurant. The food did not disappoint and the salmon was the best I've eaten in a while. Was nervous to try here but not disappointed at all and recommend highly

This is definitely not turkish food, is the worst food I ever had in my life. Ordered a takeaway, after I read the good reviews (probably fake reviews). The food is not fresh, is frozen and reheated, even the grilled chicken shish. The spicy lamb pot is just a mix vegetables stew and added grilled lamb shish on top. The mashed potatoes looked as made of instant powder. The vegetables were soggy. Even the takeaway containers looked to be reused. All food gone into the bin, money spent for rubbish. Avoid this restaurant.
