If I could I will give 0 stars! I choose this firm because of the good reviews and a lot of people having good experience with them. Not the case here. I just emailed my solicitor and I got back an automatic reply saying stating that is in annual leave and will return to the office on the 4th of January!
The solicitor didn’t let me know about this and I really needed her. The solicitor name is Gemma White. Now everything will be delayed because she didn’t had the decency to sent an email beforehand.

I have used Gemma twice now whilst purchasing property and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her due diligence is meticulously thorough and professional, and she is quick in chasing down any queries.
