Wilson Nesbitt were appointed by the bank my remortgage was with as this was included in the service, and I was impressed with the service received. Prompt communication, updates on the case tracking system and no delays at all - completion took place on the due date. I found them approachable and would recommend for conveyancing services.

Wilson Nesbitt strung us along for 6 years running up enormous legal bills which they didn't keep us informed of. FOUR different solicitors handled the case during that time because their staff constantly move on to other companies (which I think says a lot). They didn't inform us when staff left and we were left sending emails etc without reply.
They organised after the event insurance but failed to tell us our legal costs had far outrun its cover. When we eventually got to court we were told that we had to accept any offer as otherwise the insurance wouldn't cover us.

Disgusting human beings. The solicitor I employed told me I had a great case and I should fight it. Almost a year later ,and £9000 in legal fees,my barrister confided that I never had a strong case at all. After running out of money and not being able to retain Wilson Nesbitts services anymore, I lost my case. I met my solicitor by accident in the courts on the day I had to concede I had lost my house, she was heading toward me in the corridor, just myself and her. I stopped to say hello and she walked right past me,not saying a word.
I would not recommend them to my very worst enemy,as far as

I recently chose to go with this firm and it's Belfast office after my initial consultation that was both positive and professional. However, once I had signed the contract, this changed. My case was passed to someone else whom I had to chase constantly with emails for updates and whose email etiquette is clipped and abrupt to the point of being rude.
I was also advised that my case would be a 'no fee, no win' case yet I was then asked to fund any appointments pertaining to my case, the cost of which has caused me to end my case.
In short I now have to pay a fee for the privilege of having signed
