To mitigate against personal tax liability, you need to plan ahead. At A&A we will analyse your self assessment tax returns and give you the best tax advice that takes into account all of your personal circumstances to ensure you meet all regulatory compliance requirements. Through this process we will recommend proven ways to reduce your personal tax liability, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.
Operating as a limited company can be a particularly effective way of reducing your tax burden, but only if you plan and ensure the appropriate structure is in use and that you are claiming all possible tax deductions. At A&A Accounting we conduct a full tax review of your limited company and determine the most efficient tax structure for you in order to reduce your tax burden.

This is a serious consideration for anyone thinking of starting a business as a sole-trader. For example, if you can't pay your self-assessment, VAT, PAYE, or suppliers, there is little you can do to avoid possible bankruptcy.

As a first time owner of a Limited company, the various requirements from Companies House and HMRC was daunting, especially as I had no background or expertise in these areas. Fortunately enough, this is where A&A were very great.
Since day one, A&A have been really helpful and have been able to take me step by step through all the legal requirements.
