The work involves ground and coal mining investigations, design of house foundations, foul and surface water drainage, highway crossings and alterations to underground services.

Using the latest design and detailing software, we are well placed to deliver cost effective and prompt project solutions. Our design staff have vast experience in the design and detailing of steel structures from industrial portal frames, large scale mezzanine floors as well as undertaking structural reports.
From inception to completion, every step of the project will be managed and monitored to ensure full compliance with the specification and drawings, and to ensure cost effectiveness. FBP can help with initial costing to develop budgets and programmes. Once specifications and drawings have been completed, FBP will initiate the tender process and evaluate the tenders once submitted.
We have wide experience in submitting for both outline and detailed planning applications for a wide variety of schemes and projects. In our role as building design consultants we can offer consultancy services to assist in complying with current planning legislation.
On larger projects, current requirements may require a travel plan to be developed by the client to assess best practice in defining travel requirements throughout the workforce; from utilising company cars and bus travel through to cycling and walking.We can ensure travel plans are submitted to local planning authorities in a manner compliant with their outline requirements.

FBP have worked with private and commercial developers producing architectural plans, elevations etc., using the latest design software. FBP can produce 3D fully rendered images and walkthroughs. Projects can be taken from initial concept through to full planning applications and discussions with the planning departments.
FBP carried out regular site inspections to confirm construction was carried out in accordance with issued drawings.
