Steve was excellent from start to finish in selling our tenanted investment property. Steve liaised with the tenant to make sure the property was well presented and a figure slightly higher than the sale price originally thought was achieved within 4 days of going on the market.
We never had to chase Steve for an update as the sale went through, as he kept us informed every step of the way, until completion was achieved.
Have not had many good words to say about estate agents in the past, but Steve is very much is the exception. Very professional, great knowledge of the area and knows exactly

Bob Gutteridge are a family friend, we let property throughout Newcastle and Stoke on a Trent and first got set onto these guys by our family who also have a portfolio with them. We only buy houses on Steve Gutteridge’s advice as his knowledge is above and beyond any other agents we have met (Just moved house in Birmingham and Steve even advised me on this!). Working with the team at Bob Gutteridge is seamless. Selling/Purchase Agents and seamless Lettings Agents. Highly recommend.

I guess anyone who sold their house with this estate agent are going to give a good review. We decided against selling our house with them and put it on the market with an alternative estate agent, On chatting to a neighbour today who had had their house valued by them informed us that Bob Gutteridge agent was rude and offensive to them and also rude and offensive about my family and home, also telling lies about the reason we wanted to move. If this is how they behave and you don't want the neighbours talking about you from things Bob-Gutteridge have said then I suggest you look for an alternative

After my tenancy ended, they did not get back to me anymore, not even to confirmed they received the property key (but i posted it signed for) Months later i get a letter from DPS and they were claiming back all the deposit stating i owned them almost £700 and saying i left the property a month later than the date i actually did. This is the game they were playing and that is the reason they have never confirmed they received the key because they wanted to scam me from the beginning. It is fustrating as i have to send now all the evidence i left the house by the end on feb and not end of March
