Hi, was making the first move on my own after my partner of 20years past away,so this was the estate agent I choose, went to view house school road, I asked about smell an damp stains on ceiling, was their damp in house was told no,well made biggest mistake of my life, as turned out YES their was,place stunk after fw wks,but notice double glazing etc gone inside windows damp, floors damp,kitchen cupboards stunk,I'll leave rest of review on their site,about landlord an estate again, an rest of house problems, AVOID
