See my previous review, staff inefficient, promised to send details of auction my goods would be entered into, sent to nonexistent email address as we all know it would come up as undeliverable.
No action taken to rectify this just a standard apology, they have failed to reply to further email.
I can find no reference to some items I entered on the subsequent auction printout.

Regular monthly auctions with a wide variety of interesting goods. Good auctioneers and helpfull staff. Plenty of space to look around viewing days. Nice to have the choice to bid in person or online. On auction days there is also a cafe upstairs serving a good selection of drinks, cakes and snacks.

The recent experience of Mendip Auction Rooms has been absolutely outstanding! I have dealt with a number of local auction rooms in the past and have been very disappointed with my experience. Top auction house, good valuers always willing to help, the receptionist porters all deserve a mention as the Mendip auctions teem make this place what it is 'Welcoming' with good Saturday monthly sales and general Tuesday sales. Making Mendip auctions a destination place for all tastes and for all pockets. This could also be your south wests No1 auction house.

When Annie (my wife) and I retired from teaching a couple of years ago we decided to keep the brains active by setting up a small antiques business (I blame 'Bargain Hunt'!). From the beginning the staff of the Mendip Auctions Rooms proved helpful, knowledgeable and understanding two out right novices. We have always felt welcome and, whether attending as buyers or sellers, have been treated with professionalism. Since the upgrading of the facilities and the introduction of a cafe we look forward the two monthly auctions with anticipation. Thank you all for your help and guidance.

Always a good range of items at all of the sales and the buying/selling fees are competitive with other auction houses. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the valuers are knowledgeable and work hard to give the client the best advice that they can.
Good facilities compared to many auction rooms.
As an independent buyer/seller I am happy to recommend Mendip Auction Rooms.
