Staff weren’t very friendly, the food there was awful, chicken very bland, my father ordered a steak wanted it cooked blue, said they don’t do that here! Breakfast was miserable, one thing of everything if you were luck, wasn’t that nice. Room was okay. Yer wan at breakfast was as sullen. No directions to the car park apparently first served gets a parking space! Defiantly won’t be staying here again. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Been there 5 times now. Always very Good, up until this last stay. Room was spotless and house keeping were in every day. Bar/Restaurant staff lovely people. Breakfast was very poor and that's being kind. Main complaint is the cooked breakfast, it was lukewarm when served and cooled down whilst eating it to the extent it couldn't be finished.
Strangely to guests, we were asked to present our room registration card before being allowed into breakfast. It had never been asked for the previous two days of our stay or given warning that it would be asked for on that day. As the lift is on restricted

Sammy spider had to be rescued when he decided to join us at the dinner table. I tried to approach the restaurant manager but he was in the kitchen. I got the attention of 2 female waitresses & was ignored. Finally when he came out he asked me what I wanted!! I had Sammy in a plastic cup & asked him if it was acceptable!! Again he asked me what I wanted him to do. No apology, no how may I make your stay with us more comfortable NOTHING!! Managerial training needs to be refreshed.

A mediocre stay of 2 nights here. First evening had to be allocated another room as radiator wasn't working. Carpets were stained badly in places. Turnaround time was half an hour. Breakfast was mediocre, poor choices at juice/cereal table. Dining room and relaxed bar area not accessible for wheelchair users. Overall stay was just alright. Would not be rushing back.

Quite a few of the staff here could do with basic customer service training. The dinner I had on the night we stayed (Beef & Penne) was quite poor, and anyone else in the group also had this agreed. Some others were happy enough with theirs. Breakfast was very standard fare. The hotel was clean and the fabulous location is the main redeeming feature.

While I stayed here when the hotel was under its previous management, I don't expect much to have changed. Service & accommodations were great in this seasonal resort area not too far from attractions like the Royal Portrush Golf Course, Bushmills Distillery & Giant's Causeway, among others.
The on-site restaurant was also more the capable of cooking up a satisfying meal, if you're looking for dinner options.
