I needed to fit some new light fixtures and fix a switch that was simply isolated, it turned out to be a regrettable experience. The guy they sent me came unprepared and seemed very incompetent. He messed around with the switch for an hour and managed to link the cables of two different rooms, since then the lights in the lounge don’t work properly anymore. After wasting all that time he came out saying he needed another two hours of work to figure it out, so I just asked him to stop.
