It is stating the obvious to say that rewiring a property, whether it is your home or business is a major undertaking which will create mess and disturbance. Rewire of an occupied property is both uneconomic and unhealthy. So we recommend in all circumstances that a property is empty when carrying out a rewire.
Whatever the heating and hot water system you have, whether it is gas fired, oil fired, LPG or electric you will benefit from adaptable controls. With the typically found S plan, S plan+ and Y plan, we can help you to control time or temperature or both as we can provide you with the advice you need to achieve the best solution for your home, including electric underfloor heating.
Cabling for computer networking and telephone systems is part of everyday life for nearly all of us and it is not only in the office or work place where we are "connected". While we have installed cat 5e and cat6 cable (even cat7) for many offices and businesses, we are finding more and more that home owners are asking for data cable to be installed rather than rely on a single wifi connection.
Inspection and Testing is vital to validate the safety of any electrical work. It is also required under both the Wiring Regulations and Building Regulations in order to certificate any work undertaken. Any new circuit or consumer unit must be tested and an Electrical Installation Certificate issued.
