In 2008 Sophie Martin, former Head Chef at 'Occasional Cuisine' formed 'Dinner Parties to go' specialising in gourmet canapes and meals cooked in the home. As business expanded it was decided in 2011 that we should rebrand as Sophie Martin Catering, hoping to reflect the diverse range of catering we offer.
Before your event I will meet with you to discuss your requirements. Together we can decide on an appropriate menu and budget for your special event, taking into account any dietary needs or personal preferences. With our experienced team of staff, you can trust your event runs easily and professionally.
At Sophie Martin Catering, we work out our pricing very carefully. We believe in good food at good value, we never compromise on quality and we will never hike prices based on types of event. We always guarantee our best prices by working out each quote as they are requested based on the latest ingredient prices.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for Saturday's wonderful dinner. Sorry I didn't get to say it personally before you left. Everyone really enjoyed the meal and was very pleased to be waited on professionally in such lovely surroundings. You also did a wonderful job of clearing away everything afterwards so thank you for that too.

Sophie and her team recently catered for a party we hosted and what an absolute pleasure the whole experience was. Sophie was responsive, professional and reliable. But most importantly the food on the day was outstanding - every single guest complemented the canapés and the team on the day were friendly, efficient and a delight. Great value and would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely surprise Birthday meal for two last night, arranged and brought to us at home by our daughter on behalf of our families as we were unable to go out for a meal due to current restrictions.
The food was wonderful with generous portions and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
