If you're going to quote the Governments guidance, make sure you know what your saying. If your company policy is not the same as government guidance, do not act as if it is and back track when you get caught out. This is a stressful time for all sellers and buyers at the moment, being clear and not trying to hide information from your potential buyers, is a big difference from a sale and a no-sale.
Update: thanks Dale, for your reply. I understand the need to keep contact to a minimum, the disappointing part is hiding behind government guidelines, when it’s actually your companies policy.

I have been using Millsopps for a few years now; starting out using their lettings service as a first time landlord and they made the process much less stressful than first thought with great communication and advice throughout and reasonable costs. Since then, I have also bought through Millsopps sales team, within Lockdown, and again received first class assistance from start to finish.
