The property was sold within one day of placing it with Norfolk Agents. The staff could not have been more supportive. All staff were very good but I feel I have to give a special mention to Ellie. The Norfolk agents were professional and responsive throughout the process of buying the property and were patient with us when we had to shop for another lender for our mortgage when the first lender withdrew the offer at the initial point of exchanging contracts. These guys are great. No hidden fees, the price they tell you is the price you pay and they are totally honest and up front about it. Perfect service, no nonsense and the staff are very friendly. Love these! Use them!!! Brilliant, you won't be disappointed that's for sure. Too many estate agents charge silly prices - not these guys, value for money!!

Excellent service all round. I would thoroughly recommend. Very good value for money for our sale. The Norfolk Agents organised a number of viewings which they undertook on our behalf and sold our property within a couple of weeks. Ross went out of his way to help us find the property we wanted to buy. We were lucky that all the properties within the chain were marketed by The Norfolk Agents and we were kept fully informed of developments within the chain throughout the whole process. We where very impressed with the Norfolk agents. We have viewed many properties recently with many agents and they by far stood out as one of the most professional. Shane was most pleasant to meet and seemed very knowledgeable on both the house it’s self and the current market.
