Services
The firm is headed by Principal Solicitor, Darshan Azad, an experienced Solicitor-Advocate who is qualified to represent clients in all civil and criminal courts in England & Wales. Darshan has an undergraduate degree in law (LL.B), a masters in Human Rights Law (LL.M) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
We offer a free initial consultation (subject to terms and conditions). This means that we will charge you a fee for our initial meeting to discuss your case but we will refund or reimburse the fee you paid from your first or only invoice should you decide to instruct us. We will listen to you, consider any paperwork you may have and give you our view of what your case involves and what options you have going forward.

We have a range of funding and fee structures available to clients and pride ourselves on our flexibility to discuss, negotiate and agree fees and payment plans taking into account our clients' circumstances. At the start of each matter, you can expect us to provide you an estimate or agreed/fixed figure of the total cost of your case.
Before we accept any instruction we will assess whether we have the capabilities to offer the service that you request or require. If not, we can direct you to the Law Society's website, where you can find a list of other legal professionals.
We will also ensure that we can act in your best interest, including undertaking conflict of interest checks to ensure that we can accept your instructions without prejudicing you, ourselves or an existing client.When clients instruct our firm, we will give all clients a Client Care Letter for each matter that they instruct us on.

Darshan did my grandma immigration application and it want to appeal and at the appeal she was successful and the whole process was as stress free as it could have been. They dedicate a lot of time to us and even we had evening and weekend phone calls and meetings they kept on discussing the issues and even sent us all letters by email. In the end they showed everything they were sending to the home office and tribunal. A truly fantastic and professional service.
