GrowFactor have been excellent this past year with general accounting but so much more. Strategy sessions with Simon have been so valuable and insightful, helping me feel more in control of my finances and our approach than I have in nearly 20 years of running my business and working with three other accountancy firms. Awful accounting firm. Always late and inaccurate!!! Need constant reminder of deadlines as they leave everything for the last minute and charge a monthly fee that it is meant to cover everything but there are always hidden charges.
Still waiting for a phone call from Simon for over 2 months to talk through a complaint I made as their return was late and inaccurate TWICE!
I have now waited for a month to close my company and they are not answering emails or returning calls.
AVOID THEM NO MATTER WHAT!

Great accountant and Simon is one of the most helpful people out there. I was looking for advice on setting up a limited company and Simon was able to run through all the set up options, including the various packages they could offer to ensure I didn't spend too much time worrying about the day to day book keeping and could focus on the business.
