I have used Oak estate agents twice. Once for the sale of my shared ownership home. The second time for a sale and purchase. I used Oak as I felt really happy with the service I received both times. I felt that they leave out all the waffle that some estate agents bore you to death with. I felt both times that they achieved the best price for my property both times. I had a fixed price both times. I felt confident that they had my best interests in mind. Oak were supportive and knowledgeable during whole process when I had questions which helped to reduce the stress involved in selling and buying

Have recently sold my house using oak estate agents and despite the usual delays and frustrations relating to the sale of a property my dealings with all the staff at Oak Estate agents was very good. Advice was given when asked for and they were very professional throughout the whole process. Responses from them were always prompt and helpful and would happily recommend them if you are looking to either buy or sell in Kingswood or surrounding areas of Bristol.

DO NOT BUY THE BETHEL ROAD PROPERTIES
We had an offer accepted, our mortgage went through and we then got in touch with a solicitors firm. Unfortunately from there it went pear-shaped. We were left waiting for 2 months (bearing in mind the normal time estimation is 8-12 weeks), we chased our solicitors only to find out that the seller hadn’t sent the documents over to his solicitors. Later on we were told by the estate agents that the seller hadn’t even filled out the paper applications for the documents his solicitors needed. He has had over 2 months to do this.

I used this estate agents in August 2016. Initially everything was fine and I had an offer accepted on a flat. After paying for a survey and engaging the services of a solicitor it was discovered that the property had a clause stating that it was for over 60's only. I had previously queried this with the estate agents and was assured that the clause was no longer valid. I wasted money but more importantly over 2 months of my time. I used this company after being let down by another letting agent (TLS). The gentleman I dealt with (Mark) was very courteous and professional.
Within 24 hrs of making the first phone call the company had viewed the property, taken measurements & photographs & listed the property on Zoopla & Rightmove.
48 hrs later I had tenants in place.
Brilliant service at a competitive price.
