We were formed nearly 25 years ago in East Belfast initially as Pooler Watson but from 2005 as Pooler Estate Agents. We added our rural department Pooler Country to our services in 2017 which is going from strength to strength. The partners at Pooler are husband and wife Christopher and Elaine Pooler and the office is managed by Elaines brother, Michael Finlay.

We will call at a time that suits you either daytime or evening and you could expect the appointment to take up to half an hour, depending on the size of the property and the amount of detail you require.
These valuations are intended as a first step in the process for those thinking of selling their house in the future. The Valuer will not visit the property. We value our tenants highly and are available for advice throughout the tenancy as we strive to make your experience with us a good one. Application fee is 30 for one application, 50 for a joint application. If your application is not put through to the landlord for recommendation, the application fee will be returned in full.
