3 stars only for the view the executive room has to offer. For the price of the executive room - there were no toileteries, the shower was very small. The food is a definite no..no.. as we had concerns about their kitchen hygiene.

Fabulous hotel , stayed here for 2 nights , very good breakfast , fabulous evening meal .
Hotel looks a bit tired in places but the friendly staff and great service makes up for this .
We had live entertainment tonight which was very good . Our bikes were stored in a secure shed which was great when not in use . Short walk to old town shanklin with other dining options , Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good base in the isle of white .

Booked this hotel as the reviews were very good. Make sure that you check you have arrived at the right hotel as there is a Luccombe Hall and a Luccombe Manor which are within two minutes of each other. Received a warm welcome, room was ready early which was a pleasant surprise. If you can afford it, book the garden room with view and hot-tub, lovely and spacious, clean, good sized bathroom with power shower, fridge in room. Knew we made a good choice when we opened the sliding bi-fold doors to see the view. It was a nice treat to come back after a day out, relax in the hot tub or even go for a

A great location with our balcony rooms which were modern and clean. They overlook the lovely gardens, the outside pool then out to sea.
However the bar and breakfast room are tired and need updating.
Staff were all so very helpful always- nothing was ever a problem. Special thanks to Cathy, Lee, Mike and Jack as well as the guitarist who sung our requests!

We had a short break at this lovely hotel on the Isle of Wight. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and professional and provided clear information on the facilities within the hotel. A special mention to Mike, who worked behind the bar, who was exceptionally courteous and professional, and no request was too much.
The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a large bright window. The bathroom was extremely spacious, including a decent sized shower cubicle (no shower gel provided), and a wonderful large jacuzzi bath!
Our only concern was a lack of access for disabled

Just returned from a lovely short break at the hotel. We chose this hotel after a recommendation from another family member. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Breakfasts tasty and with a good selection (we didn't have dinner so cannot comment on evening meal). Our room was modern and clean, great views and really comfortable beds. I agree with some other comments that some areas of the hotel need some TLC/updating but overall the view, staff and general feel of the hotel would make me go back. Two pools outdoor and hot-tubs (and internal equivalents) are a definite bonus. Set in a nice quiet residential

Brilliant stay at Luccombe Hall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities on offer are great especially for kids (indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor trampolines, games room, air hockey, snooker). My son has some food allergies and the kitchen and staff were extremely accommodating where they went through the kids menu and isolated all allergens therby providing us with pretty much the full menu to choose from! The live music during dinner is superb. And finally the hotel has an EV charger which guests can use to charge their EV free of charge !

A great hotel and I can highly recommend the restaurant. Having just spent a week there I must say the staff were helpful, the room was beautiful and the view from the restaurant is truly amazing. They bill themselves as a view with a hotel and although that is downplaying the hotel the view is definitely a great selling point. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are a great way to relax after a hard day sightseeing and Shanklin has quite a few sights to see. Family friendly and helpful it is the perfect base to explore the area.
One warning if you come from Ryde on the number 3 bus do not get

Room was clean, although a little tired, a new bathroom would much improve the experience. Terrace was unexpected, had a lovely sea view, think the rooms with the modern balcony would of been nicer but the view was all the same.
Extensive grounds, and swimming pools in door and out, that need updating, but were useable.
Service from the General Manager was really good on arrival and the hotel has lots of family friendly things for the children, including a Children's Tea slot in the late afternoon.
Overall would recommend but would in an honest opinion it could do with a little TLC across the

My other half and I stayed here for two nights on a packaged deal, which also came with dinner on the first evening.

The room was clean and spacious with very soft, new carpet. It feels like the room has been newly refurbished with a very tidy bathroom. The rest of the hotel was clean but felt a little tired in terms of decor.

The hotel supplies free wi-fi and was accessible from our room as well as the commong areas.
