Very helpful guy on the phone and received ordered part quickly. Pity I wasn't greeted with a smile or eyes not taken off computer screen which was obviously more important than a customer, when I collected it. I felt I was an inconvenience.
I recently moved to this area so too far to go to my usual branch.
They were friendly and made they me feel I was a valued customer.

Just picked up our new electric Kia Nero, Lewis was exceptionally helpful from day 1 when we had a test drive. No pressure was put on us unlike some other companies. I booked my car in to have its main headlight bulb looked at under the Kia warranty as it had failed its mot with this fault. The team at Viking Kia were helpful and able to book me in much sooner than other Kia garages I approached locally. The problem was resolved quickly, efficiently and returned me a clean car into the bargain. Couldn’t ask for more.
