Services
Our Partner led Criminal, Regulatory and Motoring Defence Department covers all aspects of criminal law and has been involved in many of the highest profile cases in our area. Anyone who is being investigated or prosecuted, whether it be for the least serious motoring offence or the most serious criminal offence, ought to have specialist representation to prepare and present their case.
If you are suspected of a criminal offence, having the right support and advice is where Norton Peskett can help. Making certain you are properly represented is what we do - from motoring offences to more serious and complex criminal offences. Being properly represented when you are accused of committing a crime means you are treated lawfully.
Motoring law is increasingly complex, and difficult to navigate. Many driving offences carry significant penalties, including imprisonment. It is essential to have legal advice from the outset. This can include for the initial interview with the Police, or from the point of receiving a Notice of Intended Prosecution or Summons to attend Court.
Disputes are not pleasant. When two parties have a disagreement, it can often result in damaging behavior and allegations. No one enjoys falling out but sadly, it happens. At Norton Peskett, we work with you to find the best outcome - a resolution that avoids undue unpleasantness, unnecessary costs and prolonged anxiety and worry.
Your home is important - a place where you should feel safe and secure. But when housing disputes arise your home can become a cause of anxiety. It's therefore important to try and resolve housing disputes as quickly as possible and sometimes you may need legal help to tackle the issues you are facing.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Agreed to pay monthly and then decided a full balance was required within 7 days during covid-19. Did not do anything to help assist my sons safety and welfare. Good at taking lots of money. Staff not helpful. A joke

Absolutely useless. Didn't help whatsoever, if anything, using this firm made things worse. After getting a second opinion, it proved my conviction was wrong and this firms representation was no use whatsoever. Never again will I use this firm, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. If I could give 0 stars for the pathetic service I received then I would. Don't waste your time, especially if you're on legal aid.

After, what in my opinion was a long drawn out case lasting over a year, we had to change companies which then finalised satisfactoraly.
