An awful experience from day one. My build was started by Neil Fairweather but the build quality was so poor that we asked for his partner Ian to take control of the build. It was obvious to me that Neil was taking little of no notice of the building plans or the kitchen plans and he described them as "a rough guide". Ian Fairweather took over the build and after removing a supporting block wall he failed to inform me that a steel support was required to support the upper floors. When we informed him that my sons bedroom floor had dropped and now had a 15mm gap between the flooring and the bottom
