After contacting Michael Ahmed, a weekend morning survey was arranged at my convenience. He was both informed and thorough at every step of the way. From there the works were agreed and started within 3 days. The materials used were of the highest quality and I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. DNA's staff were polite, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They removed all existing timber and cleared up after themselves wonderfully. I can't praise DNA Home Improvements enough for the job. It is hard to find a reliable quality builder, even rarer to find one that provides it
