Bespoke, modern, luxury wedding cakes, beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Our wedding cakes are made with the best quality ingredients and baked fresh to order to ensure your cake arrives absolutely fresh and full of flavour. We make all the sugar flowers we use on our cakes so they can be made in your wedding colours and to match the wedding bouquet and flowers.
Chocolate wedding cakes are increasingly popular. Your chocolate cake can be covered with fondant icing, chocolate ganache, chocolate fondant icing or chocolate cigarellos and decorated with sugar flowers or chocolate flowers. Hanging wedding cakes have been popular in the USA for a couple of years now and when I was first asked to make one I wasn't even sure what a hanging cake was. After some research and finding some amazing pictures of hanging cakes I realised that this was the future for wedding cakes for those couples who wanted something different.
Castle wedding cakes are huge cakes, usually more than 4 feet tall and with multiple tiers. With balconies, cut out arches with lights, towers and turrets, staircases and lots of flowers. These cakes create a wow factor focal point for the wedding celebration and the best part is the taste of the cake.

Rachel made a absolutely delicious 4 tier wedding cake for us. The cake looked beautiful and tasted amazing. So many people commented on how much better it tasted than any other wedding cake they had had!
The range of flavors and advice we got was so helpful and Rachel was very professional - arranging everything silently and practically.

.from the moment we set foot in Rachel's house to the point where we received our exquisite cake, there was an air of professionalism. Rachel had many brilliant ideas which were clearly based on years of experience and ideas which we simply would not of thought of. We were impressed with her endless portfolio of stunning cakes and the cleanliness of her working environment. You must try this place first.
