Sent an email seeking an appointment, 4 days no reply. When I got to speak with a solicitor I was met with a very rude unprofessional lady on the call, really not what I expected from Madden and finucane.

Didn't even get to speak to lawyer, reception lady was horrendous, rude, and didn't listen to anything I said. I called this firm as its one the best in northern Ireland, I suggest finding better reception staff

"Will call u back". Never happened. At list if u cant help-just say !not waste my time waiting and not going to other solicitor just because I was told to wait and I will be called back. Just say u cant do it and I will look elsewhere. Whats so big deal to be honest and direct?
