Try to make you agree a deal or pay a reservation fee before test driving a car. Will claim it’s because of Covid and the car needing to be cleaned but will let you climb into the car stationary to around it that way so that doesn’t add up. It’s basically just an aggressive sales tactic trying to get people to be invested by having agreed a deal or paid out some money to reserve. I can only imagine how bad they are to deal with once you’ve actually bought a car and had issues…

Very welcoming and got me a car as soon as possible. I had to wait at the dealership for 2 hours for the car because they were making sure everything was correct with the car and safe for me to take away. Umesh was a right laugh too, and was more than happy for us to look around at the beautiful cars they have for sale.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T TRUST THEM!
I reserved 3 cars to test drive - 1 of which a Honda integra type r which isn't suitable to be driven and wouldn't pass an MOT cracked body panels and windscreen - i was told the car was in excellent condition and they didn't care 1 bit that i drove over 1 hour to see them and stop my business for this.
The range rover i had enquired about wasn't touched and had dents and scratches all over (as do most of their cars). The Golf R was dirty with again a cracked and scratched bumper.

I don't like doing this but my experience was terrible i was meant to pick up a car after 3 days of the whole process I was so excited. it come to the day before when they did all the checks of the car and told me it was not fit to go out and they was putting it back on auction.
I then had to pick another car long story short I picked 3 different cars that were available on the website to be told they had all been sold.
someone then said I would be getting a call to go through my options... well 3 weeks later they still have my deposit and no phone call nothing poor poor poor

Excellent service from Junction 17 right through from beginning to end of purchase. Really friendly receptionists on arrival who demonstrate an excellent level of Customer Service and really set the bar high, which is maintained throughout the whole experience of buying a car. Thanks for the smooth, stress free service will definitely return when I change my car again and would recommend to anyone!

Picked this up from J17 Cars. Only took them a handful of days to prepare the car, replace the windscreen and touch up the alloys for free. This was all with the help from Dan. Took his time to update me on the progress of the car prep and also came in during his booked holiday to finalise the deal and shake my hand.
