TolTops Solicitors has migrant staff and so understands the challenges faced by Clients faced with immigration problems particularly where paying legal fees are concerned; unfortunately, the government has NO legal aid provision for immigration cases except for Asylum and some cases concerning detention.
TolTops Solicitors has a Legal Aid contract so we are able to offer Legal Aid to eligible individuals in relation to private or public family law cases.
Under current legislation, Legal Aid is available for public family law cases (such as Care proceedings) and in private family law cases (such as Divorce, Financial Remedy, and Children disputes) for victims of domestic abuse, or where there is a risk of child abuse (provided that the required evidence is obtained and subject to financial eligibility).

Our fee earners private hourly rates start at 100 plus VAT for paralegals, increasing to 250 plus VAT for our Partners. Whilst we ordinarily appear on behalf of our clients throughout their case, if you solely wish to have advice in relation to a certain aspect of your case, or at a certain stage in proceedings we will be happy to do this.

I can't thank enough Sivtlana Shlapak for the brilliant course which is absolutely amazing and helpful. All the key features are highlighted. Most importantly being able to do your own application without any hassle to apply for your British citizenship by naturalisation. An excellent and comprehensive guide to the British naturalisation process that covers all elements to qualify and meet the requirements in very simplified method that anyone will be able to understand and follow. I used Toltops services for my ILR consultation experience. I was given a 30 minute zoom meeting that was simply brilliant. Prior to the meeting with svitlana , i was asked to give a briefing of my situation which made the 30 minute meeting more than enough to answer all my queries.
