The following review is my own personal account of dealing with this firm.Never having been a client, but having been on the other side as both a buyer and seller I found dealing with this firm an absolute nightmare they appear to be very unresponsive and slapdash in their approach to the business of house buying and selling.IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO THINK AGAIN... Disappointing. My partner has been looking around for a local solicitor to handle a conveyancing. They called Symons as advised on their site and was told to email someone called "Sean". They did this perhaps about four times over a week and he's ignored every single one.
I came to this firm recommended but they can't even be bothered acknowledging potential customers, or even having the courtesy for a quick "sorry, but we can't help" so we know. Can only assume our case didn't have enough of a margin in it for them.
Waste of time !

Didn't provide any reassurance that they were on top of matters, no reply to emails and generally very lacklustre and not bothered to be honest. They're probably totally unaware of my case at the moment and kept my money on account and couldn't care less whether the case continues or not.
Have since gone a few doors down and receiving quality legal representation.
Would never recommend.
