Eager to take your money but poor customer service and communication. Use if you are not in a hurry and be prepared to do all the chasing
Helen Preston dealt with my properties which took 14 weeks to complete. She was bad at getting back to you, had the impression not interested in getting work completed in timescales nearly lost sale and purchase, felt had too muck work and couldnt cope. Very stressful. Complained but refused to compensate for hassle. Would never use again.

After using the conveyancing team for the purchase of my first house I thought I would use them again for the simple task of removing a name of the mortgage and land registry. This started in July and was completed in February. Very unresponsive, would never pick up yourjob unless you called them and proded them. Don't bother emailing as you won't get a reply within two weeks once they have your deposit. When I complained there was no apology or explanation I just got told I could pay extra to be on their premium service to get faster responses! I know it was during the pandemic but there was not

Helen was extremely helpful and thorough when arranging my house purchase. Communications were clear and very professional. She was always willing to discuss and advise on any issues. I very much appreciated the extra effort from her and her office to push through when it came to delays on the side of my lender due to the pandemic. Would highly recommend.

So far, it has taken 5 months and over 1k and we are still not divorced! The communications are patronising and I have had to chase and correct documents. Some letters were even addressed to a different person, like a generic letter that has not even had the name changed to mine.
Reasons given - other urgent cases. Thanks. That's made me feel valued. Everything seems so rushed and lacking care and attention. Except billing. Requests for money are sent monthly. And despite the fact that I have paid as soon as bills are sent, the service has been, to say the least, shoddy. Now, no
