I’ve just sold my flat through JTM Homes and found them to be excellent throughout the process! Prior to using JTM I had put my flat on the market with Foxtons and then Winkworth and was disappointed with their service and commitment to selling my home. Thankfully JTM were knowledgeable, helpful and more importantly found me a buyer. Both Ruby and Jason were very approachable and were always quick to respond to my questions or concerns. I recently purchased a property through JTM Homes and I cannot recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy and she was amazing! Very communicative, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional, she kept me in the loop at all times via phone and email. She chased all parties to ensure I managed to complete before the stamp duty deadline! I have recently been searching for a flat to rent in London, and couldn't recommend Amy enough. Though we eventually went with another agency in a different area instead, Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive, and recommended flats that were exactly to my taste. I love JTM Homes and highly recommend. I bought my flat through them back in 2009 and have rented through them throughout the years and now have sold through them 12 years later. Jason, Amy, Ruby and Charlie are always lovely to chat to and are a great team. Professional, responsive and supportive. If I had any emergencies when renting they had someone round in a flash to sort things out. When there was a hold up with solicitors when selling my flat, Amy went above and beyond to push things forward. 5 stars!

The team at JTM Homes are warm, friendly and helpful. We had a very frustrating sale through no fault of the estate agent, and they were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They all added a personal touch when dealing with you, reminding me of the old values of business that is so commonly lost in modern times. I strongly recommend them without reservation. We had a great experience buying our first flat with JTM Homes. Amy was absolutely brilliant throughout the process, she is so knowledgeable and approachable and did a brilliant job of helping us throughout the process. There were a few complications during the purchase, which (especially as first time buyers) were very stressful, and she was always on hand to advise and reassure us, communicate with the rest of the chain, and keep things moving forwards. I really don't know what we would have done without her! Thanks so much, we are delighted with our flat :)
