They quickly found me new tenants, at the asking rent, to move in to my flat the day after my previous tenants were moving out. I would happily recommend Chard Fulham.

Looking for a property over the last few months has been very stressful and seemingly impossible at times! But Irina from the Chard Fulham office has been great in helping us and has certainly made the process a lot easier. Despite being clearly very busy herself she has always gone above and beyond to assist. We ended up going with another property on with a separate agent but she was still willing to do her best to help us, which is testament to the fact that she genuinely cares and is not just another agent after a quick bit of commission. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a property

Really enjoyed our experience at Chard. Phoebe Day is a gem! She was on time to our viewing and answered all my questions. When we made our offer she was very active in following up and responded quickly. She even set up a meeting so we could meet the landlord. She was candid and professional always keeping us updated.
