Whitehead & Howarth Chartered Accountants undertake statutory audit services for individual companies and groups of companies as well as both incorporated and unincorporated charities. We also carry out non statutory audits. Whilst the majority of businesses aren't required to have an audit by law, many of our clients do still choose to have one.

I’m a qualified accountant and used W&H as auditors for the first 8 years of our business. I decided that we needed to restructure the business to facilitate future growth and decided to leave them for a high profile firm who promised much. After three years with the new firm they delivered nothing.
I have now recently returned to W&H and in one meeting Gareth achieved more than the other firm did in 3 years. I received a detail letter of proposed action in the post the day after the meeting
This meeting has rewarded us with extremely beneficial personal tax positions, a more robust legal position

I can strongly recommend Gareth Maddox at Whitehead and Howarth. He has been our company accountant for the last 7 years. Their services are rightly priced and excellent advise is given. Call them for a comparison you will be astounded at the depth of their knowledge from 1 man bands right up to corporate organisations they have the skill set!
