These 2 chaps are completely unprofessional. When I arrived the man looked me up and down and complained to me because I hadn't answered the phone to confirm the appointment with him. I explained that it was in my diary and once I had booked it over the phone why would I not keep the appointment. He made me feel quite uncomfortable from the word go. He seemed annoyed that I had even turned up.
We went upstairs where he asked us a series of questions regarding the business. Another gentleman who was sat in the office and who was not introduced to us nor did he introduce himself began chipping in
