I phoned up about servicing our washing machine and they not only answered on a Sunday but they listened to the problem, checked some facts and explained at length how I could potentially solving the problem myself without having to incur the cost of a call out. I talked to the legend himself Tom Ford and had a lovely chat totally off topic about historical events.He then arranged an engineer to fix my tumble dryer at time convenient for me . The engineer arrived promptly and fixed the problem in no time . I was happy to pay the very reasonable bill . Highly recommend.

I was visited by a friendly engineer less than 24h from the time I called in (they also had offered same day visit, but I wasn't at home at the time). It took him less than 5 min do diagnose the fault and I was given honest and comprehensive advice.
To my opinion Tom Ford offers a fast,professional and honest service.

I had a problem with my Siemens washing machine. The fabric conditioner was not draining so none of the fabric conditoner was going into the machine drum. I found Tom Ford's advertisement in my local phone directory. I called Tom Ford on a Monday evening near 7pm. An engineer came the next morning at 11am. The fault was resolved by 11.45am. The reason was that the jet holes were clogged up and needed to be cleared.
