Electrical diagnostics, fault finding, washing machine function testing, are carried out on all repairs. We repair/replace wiring, change on/off switches, replace electric filters, fit door interlocks, test and fit water valves, test and fit pressure switches, test wash heaters and thermostats, as well as fit them.

Brilliant customer service from Ismael - came straight away on a Sunday, clearly explained why the machine wasn't fixable, and gave great advice about a replacement.

I'd been trying to get our machine repaired for 3 weeks and couldn't get anyone to return calls or come out, but First Serve were so easy to book online for next day call out. Abdul was so professional, came on time and put a quick repair of the machine while we waited for parts. He checked in a few days later to make sure everything was running well, which was really nice. They are great value for money too, I always have the fear calling repair companies they will charge a fortune, but they were so reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Ismael is amazing! Called last night he came to our flat first thing this morning.
Really went above and beyond to sort out our new washer dryer and related plumbing issues. On top of that he’s super responsive and friendly. Ismael and overall service is fantastic. So glad to have found a reliable company we can turn to if we have anymore related issues!

Excellent response time even on a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend. I requested an urgent call out and Ismail arrived within 3 hours and diagnosed the problem and temporarily fixed it too and got our clothes out of the washer/dryer (needed the part to get the full fix done). We could still use the washer/dryer even without the part which Ismail explained how to do. No complaints so far and highly recommended.
