Can't fault the service I received. Punctual & professional. Steve clearly understands the industry and is very good at his job with a wealth of experience. Fitted a new string to my Cramer, a family heirloom and gave it a much needed tune. Steve also tuned my pride and joy, a Yamaha C3. Highly recommend and look forward to my next tune.

I have known Steven for 3 years now and I regularly benefit from his service in tuning my old piano. He is passionate about his job, he really knows how to get the best sound out of it, and he is very professional. He also trains young people in this ancient profession, which is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had a good tune from Steve, I cant fault it really. Professional and prompt, booking came through very quickly. He had a great insight into my piano and talked about the tone of it in a way that made me appreciate it in a new way after it was tuned.
Had an issue with the dampener rail slipping down, which upon a phone call shortly after the tune he came straight back to fix.
Highly recommended, would use again.

Islington pianos is great. Steve and his team have done everything from straightforward tuning to taking the piano apart for a full service (and putting it back together again of course!). I trust Steve's advice and he has always tailored his service to the needs of the piano.
