We have booked Roy for tunings at the Roundhouse in Camden, the Novello in the West End and also on Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre, amongst many other Theatres. Roy is a highly experienced piano tuner and a very accomplished musician himself. He transformed the piano at Sugar Cane Studios using a combination of traditional techniques, modern technology and his musical intuition. The result literally brought the piano to life and helped it sit alongside the pitch-perfect samples we often use in music production - something that can be very difficult to achieve. He's a friendly guy with a lot of knowledge to impart, and quite simply the best tuner I've found - highly recommended!

Roy has tuned and restored 2 of my pianos over the course of several years. He recently came and tuned my piano that had been badly tuned (by someone else) and it is now once again a joy to play.
He is extremely knowledgeable and previously oversaw the restoration of my last piano, quadrupling its value. He is a lovely guy and as an added bonus is that he plays the piano beautifully to test it when it is tuned. I can't recommend his services enough.
