From my intial phone call with Furkan, to the collection of the car, the level of service has been fantastic.
Where many other companies turned their back on me because i didnt fit their 'Client Profile', JBR treated me like a long standing customer before even agreeing to lend to me. I felt their was a desire to get the deal over the line and welcome me into the JBR Family. I cant reccomend them enough, and when their Products mean you can save litterally hundreds of pounds

I recently experienced both the start and end process of funding a car through JBR, having just settled up on a BMW M4 and moved into an Audi RS6 on separate agreements; both of which were without hassle or hidden fees, and the team at JBR were amazing to deal with from start to finish.
In particular Blondina helped massively with speeding up the approval process, making sure the dealership and myself were well informed the whole time and it meant that the car was paid out and collected in a very small space of time.

Fantastic service, as simple as that really. I managed to create a deadline for myself but JBR and Furkan in particular were amazing. Despite the short timeframe and some other issues I managed to generate, JBR and Furkan didn't miss a beat and got everything sorted calmly, smoothly and professionally. Great!

Asked for help in deferring my monthly payments. So I could hire a car whilst I sorted out a major issue with a seized engine in the car I purchased 18 months ago car cost £30,000. Fully serviced and maintained. In the process now of looking into rejecting the car under the 2015 consumer rights act.hopefully will look to get a full refund and get out the finance agreement with JBR Capital who have refused to help and have shown total lack of supporting there customers. Will be updating the progress shortly.

I first contacted JBR CAPITAL because I was a victim of fraud as someone had stolen my personal information/passwords and applied for finance.
This first came to my attention as I check over my Experian, equifax and cifas report every 3-6months.
I noticed that JBR CAPITAL had filed a marker against my name around… June/July20, as fraudulent bank Statements where provided by the person who filed the finance application.
The application came threw a broker called ANGLO SCOTTISH who sent JBR all the documentation for the finance application.
I had filed a lost property

I recently arranged finance for a classic car via JBR and would have no hesitation recommending them. Tony was fantastic to deal with and kept me informed of everything that was happening throughout the process. This was not a straight forward purchase but JBR were able to find solutions where their competitors could not. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
