Like most places nowadays all staff are glued to their phones. Was after ist editions of all the Harry Potter signature range for my daughter for xmas. Unfortunately I decided to spend my money somewhere else. Staff need to learn about communication skills.
Got a taxi to the Kensington branch.

A delightful place. The staff are a charm: if you have enough time to browse at leisure, and you're able to quietly blend into the background, I suggest ear-wigging their chatter - they're funny guys.
Also: ask to see downstairs, especially if you like letters and vellum.
