We grew up in Naples where the pizza originated from. We decided to a open a friendly Neapolitan restaurant in Earlsfield, Wandsworth, which is exactly like the original pizza restaurants in Naples. We follow the original recipes and keep our dishes authentic Neapolitan - except our signature Figli del Vesuvio pizza which is our own specialty, served in our South West London restaurant.
We bake our pizzas in our traditional Napolitano style wood fired oven built of lava stone from Mount Vesuvius. Yes, from the vulcan by the Bay of Naples right on your doorstep in Wandsworth, South West London. We pay attention to details creating the typical Napolitano mood with specific interior design and playing authentic Italian oldies music.

Good variety of pizzas, I had a vegetarian one: the menu listed the vegetables but on arrival difficult to differentiate which vegetables were because they were very tiny pieces and poor quantity (1 small piece of artichoke and one spinach leaf) it was tasty though. Ask for wine menu but was basic and not updated?( it seems they have wines on bar that are not there. We had a nice nero d'Avola not on list recommend by waitress. Waitress was nice. Place a bit run down and basic ( cutlery is brought wrap on a napkin: table not set).

I am Italian and this is (hands down) the best pizza I’ve had in London. Nearly two decades, tried all sorts of pizza and this one beats them all. The place is unassuming, may need some decoration- and it may remind you of a long lost dive bar. However, the food makes it up and I’d give them 6 stars if I could. The dough is amazing and a type of Neapolitan dough that I’ve never tried before. Forget about the hood and focus on the food, you won’t be disappointed

Had the loveliest meal at this local authentic Napoli pizza place. The food delicious, light and flavourful. But the highlight of the meal was our amazing host Galya, who took the time give us recommendations and all the information we needed for the menu. She was very friendly and her communication was great!

Best pizza place in the area (and I've tried many trying to find it!!). I was excited when Franca manca opened up in Southfields but I just don't think it's as good as it used to be and it is always cold when I've had it delivered so I was really happy to find this place! I've only had delivery so can't comment on the place itself, but the pizza is so good! Perfectly cooked traditional Neapolitan pizza. Only thing is, I wish they'd slice the pizza that they deliver!
Highly recommend.

This was a really good local Napoli pizzeria - their wood-fired pizza oven takes pride of place in the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs prep the dough and add the toppings.
It's definitely a meeting spot for the local Italian community which added to the atmosphere of the place (you might be sat in Tooting but for a little while you could imagine being in Turin).
The menu's fairly comprehensive, with a good range of starters (£4-£7.50), pasta (£5-£8.50) and pizzas (£5.50-£10.50). We went straight for the latter, with me ordering the Calzone (tomato sauce, ricotta, Neapolitan

There's a rustic charm to Figli Del Vesuvio which seems to enhance their incredible pizzas!
The restaurant is small - mostly taken up by the huge wood fired oven. You're likely to experience some lively Italian while you wait as the owners are from Naples.
The pizzas are so tasty, and huge! I've been a couple of times and the quality has been consistent. The dough is so tasty and the toppings are generous, delicious and fresh! They're about £10 each which I think is good value considering the quality and size. They only accept cash but there are 2 cash points about 1 min
