I ordered a Tala light from here. Unfortunately, the product came with scratches and other unusual markings. Contacted the company directly via email and thankfully the issue was rectified. The customer service itself was good and the product did arrive very quickly. It's just a shame that it came with some aesthetic defects and Tala light is all about the aesthetics.

I ordered a mirror for my son"s bedroom but he wanted a square one rather than the round one I ordered. Customer services where really helpful and professional when I called to ask if I could cancel the order. My refund cane quickly. There was no quibble at all so now I am going to order my new mirror and a couple of items from the site. Really nice to deal with.
