Each interview lasts a minimum of one hour. This time is spent discussing the candidate's skills, qualifications and previous work experience. We also spend time finding out more about the candidates. Their personality, views on caring for children i.e. Searching for a specialist Nanny can be difficult however Burlington Nannies has a preferred selection of highly trained specialised Nannies on hand.
A Professional Bilingual Nanny usually has a certain amount of training and qualifications in childcare. Personality, initiative, integrity and a genuine love for children are equally important when seeking either a Daily or Live-in Nanny. She (or He) will be able to provide complete care on a sole charge or shared charge basis with plenty of fun and creative activities in a safe and secure environment.
The role of the Maternity Nurse is one of support, guidance and care for both Mum and New Baby. Maternity Nurses sometimes known as Maternity Nannies, Post Natal Carers or Baby Nurses are usually trained or experienced Nurses, Midwives or Nannies who specialise in Newborn Care.
Some will specialise or have additional knowledge and expertise in particular areas such as Twins, Premature Births and C-sections, Special Care babies, Breast feeding, Routine and Sleep Training.Tailored to the individual family a Maternity Nurse will provide invaluable guidance with General Baby care.

British Bilingual Governesses and Nanny with English as their Mother tongue are in high demand especially for overseas families. A Governess is a Professional Teacher and Educator to the children within the family home. She usually has a degree in Education and a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and qualifications.

Burlington Nannies’s is definitely one of the most professional and supportive Agencies in London.
I am registered with a few agencies but can say hand in heart Burlington is one of the best of not the best .
Natasha is very professional, happy and helpful she always kept in contact to find out how I was getting on and everything ok. Natasha always does this with all her candidates as a few of my friends have said the same . You were never ignored after a placement. She genuinely cares for all her candidates and clients .
Which sadly to say many agencies don’t !! They are not interested

Great agency who believed in me when other agencies wouldn't give me a chance. Having only worked in schools and children's care homes I was finding it very hard to find a job with a family. Ive been with Burlington Nannies for 12 years and during that time they have found me two really good jobs. Burlington has been amazing and very supportive. Even when I have found roles through other agencies they have been happy to help me with my contracts and offer advice and support. Natasha at Burlington Nannies, is definitely one of the most supportive agencies in London. I have been with the agency for three years. Natasha placed me in a rota nanny job with a family, she was so professional, happy, helpful and always checked on how I was getting on, and didn’t just ignore me after placing me with the family, like a lot of other agencies. I have absolutely enjoyed working with the team at Burlington Nannies! they really do have a great way of matching clients with candidates, making each booking the right fit for both parties. I have been with the agency for many years now & its been great.
When I first inquired about registering with them it was mandatory to have some experience before joining their books like any reputable agency! I was advised to complete a few courses recommended by Natasha as I wanted to work solely with new-borns/infants. I also did a few work placements (free work experience) with other childcare providers
