As a Sennie you will earn 14 - 20 per hour gross depending on the role and previous experience within SEN childcare. You will work directly with a family/client and be encouraged to use your initiative and creativity to find ways to help the child(ren) you work with, to thrive within society, reach their full potential and build upon their independence.
